Edgebander Operator

Kambium is looking for a skilled full-time Edgebander Operator to work with our high-tech machinery in Lakeville, MN. In this role, you'll earn a competitive wage ranging from $18 to $26 per hour based on your experience, with the option for extra hours if you'd like.

DAY-TO-DAY

This role runs on 1st shift Monday through Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm, with chances for additional hours.

As our Edgebander Operator, you play a crucial role in keeping our machines running smoothly. Your expertise in CAM helps you make program adjustments using woodWOP software. You set up the machines, choose the right tools, adjust speeds, and optimize production to deliver top-notch results.

Quality and safety are your main focus. You check the equipment daily, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything works perfectly. Your problem-solving skills shine as you quickly fix any hiccups that may arise, making sure our operations run without a hitch.
