Join us as a Building Maintenance Technician:

  • Responsibility for maintenance requests at two commercial class A properties in Jacksonville, FL.
  • Oversee and ensure timely completion of service requests.
  • Review and address operational problems efficiently.
  • Manage inventory of tools and supplies.
  • Source materials and evaluate vendors for quality and pricing.
  • Monitor maintenance work by outside contractors and oversee equipment warrantee obligations.
  • Assist with event setup/teardown activities and maintain HVAC and associated equipment.
  • Identify areas for technical enhancements and system improvements.
  • Perform emergency and preventative maintenance repairs as needed.
  • Provide on-call support when required.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma with minimum 4+ years of field experience.
  • Chiller experience and knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.
  • Strong customer service and computer skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
