VNA Care is hiring a Home Health LPN, Charlestown, East Boston, North End, West End

Sign-on bonus

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License required

Home Health experience is not required, we will train, fully paid orientation

LPNs are responsible for providing high quality nursing care and personal care to patients under the direction of a registered professional nurse consistent with VNA Care's policies, goals, and objectives.

Schedule: hours, 8AM - 4:30PM

Territory: Chinatown, South End, Allston, Brighton, Beacon Hill

Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD and diabetes is helpful.

Home Health experience is not required, we will train you, fully paid orientation

Overview of LPN Position: LPN is responsible for providing high quality nursing care and personal care to patients under the direction of a registered professional nurse consistent with VNA Care's policies, goals, and objectives.

Education: Completion of LPN Program required.

Licensure: Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
