El Trabajador de Almacén jugará un papel crucial en nuestras operaciones, asegurando el manejo eficiente y movimiento de materiales dentro de nuestro almacén. Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Manejo de Materiales: Manejar, mover y almacenar materiales y productos de manera segura y eficiente dentro del almacén utilizando el equipo adecuado.
  • Entrega de Pedidos: Seleccionar y empacar pedidos con precisión para su envío, asegurando una entrega oportuna y correcta a los clientes.
  • Gestión de Inventario: Ayudar en la recepción, conteo y almacenamiento del inventario. Supervisar los niveles de inventario y reportar discrepancias.
  • Envíos y Recepción: Cargar y descargar camiones, inspeccionar los envíos entrantes en cuanto a precisión y calidad, y preparar los envíos salientes.
  • Organización del Almacén: Mantener un entorno de almacén limpio, organizado y seguro siguiendo protocolos de seguridad y mejores prácticas.
  • Control de Calidad: Inspeccionar materiales y productos en busca de defectos o daños, asegurando que cumplan con los estándares de la empresa.
  • Documentación: Mantener registros precisos de movimientos de inventario, envíos y recibos utilizando sistemas de gestión de inventario.
  • Colaboración: Trabajar de cerca con los miembros del equipo para garantizar operaciones fluidas en el almacén y un flujo de trabajo eficiente.

Calificaciones:

  • Experiencia: Se prefiere experiencia previa en un almacén o entorno similar, pero no es obligatoria. Se proporcionará capacitación.
  • Requisitos Físicos: Capacidad para levantar y mover materiales pesados (hasta 50 lbs), estar de pie durante períodos prolongados y realizar tareas repetitivas.
  • Atención al Detalle: Alto nivel de precisión y atención al detalle en el manejo de materiales y cumplimiento de pedidos.
  • Habilidades Técnicas: Habilidades informáticas básicas para usar sistemas de gestión de inventario y procesar documentación.
  • Comunicación: Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para trabajar bien en equipo e de manera independiente.
  • Confiabilidad: Confiable y puntual, con una sólida ética laboral y compromiso de mantener estándares de productividad y calidad.
