JOB SUMMARY

As the primary strategic leader of the property, you will oversee all operational aspects including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation. Your role involves ensuring the successful implementation of The Ritz-Carlton brand service strategy to exceed guest expectations and drive profitability. You will lead the property team, focusing on professional development and strategic execution. Additionally, you will engage with the local community, fostering relationships with stakeholders and representing The Ritz-Carlton brand.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-year degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR 4-year bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior management at a luxury hotel
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
  • Demonstrated career growth within the hospitality industry
