Position Description: Burn Ambassadors have a key role at Burn Boot Camp as they are the initial point of contact for both new and existing members, whether in person or on social media.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who can provide exceptional experiences to all members while upholding the high standards of Burn Boot Camp.

Qualifications:

• A problem solver with the ability to identify process improvements, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Committed to delivering excellent member service consistently
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Confident in sales or willing to learn sales techniques
• Capable of managing multiple tasks, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines
• Able to create social media content and knowledgeable about social media platforms
