Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 months experience in Acute Care Surgery
  • Active RN License
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Essential BLS & ACLS Certifications
  • Additional requisites specified by the client facility

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Operating Room / Perioperative Nurse, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality surgical patient care, including pre, during, and post-surgery support.

  • Deliver surgical patient care throughout the surgical process
  • Act as a patient educator, circulating nurse, and/or scrub nurse
  • Perform circulating duties within the operating suite
  • Handle and prepare surgical instruments as a scrub nurse
