Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HRBP with industry experience to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce and driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a main point of contact for employees and managers regarding human resources issues
  • Partner with business leaders to link HR to business goals, driving results
  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
  • Stay current with changes in employment laws and regulations
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including creating job advertisements, interviewing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to select final candidates
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Manage compensation and benefits, including calculating annual bonuses, advising on salary amendments, and ensuring compliance with compensation policies
  • Oversee learning and development initiatives, including talent development, selection and management of training providers, and organizing workshops
  • Support a high-performance culture that increases employee engagement
  • Administer HR functions, including updating employee files and data, and creating HR reports and presentations
  • Lead HR project management efforts, such as implementing new tools, selecting HR vendors, using data to provide insights, and supporting the opening of new offices
  • Improve internal communications and contribute to the overall enhancement of HR processes and practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5 years of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices
  • HRM or HRCI certification credential a plus
