We're seeking School Sign Language Interpreters to support a student in an educational setting. This is a Full-Time W2 contract position, and it is On-Site Only. More details are provided below, and additional information will be given during the interview.
Location: Covington, GA
Responsibilities:

  • Interpret classroom discussions and activities from spoken language to sign language, and vice versa.
  • Assist in meetings, assemblies, and school events.
  • Create an inclusive learning environment for a deaf and hard of hearing student.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Bachelors Degree in ASL or Educational Interpreting
  • SLI National Certification/State License
  • Experience in educational settings preferred.
  • EIPA Score 3.5
