Work closely with each client to provide them with telecommunications products that align with their needs. After completing our award-winning training program, exceed your targets through dedicated account management and strategic planning. This hybrid role entails focusing 80% on new sales and 20% on renewal sales, collaborating with teams both in person and digitally within an office setting.

WHAT OUR ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES ENJOY MOST

  • Undergo our 12-week paid sales training, which has been recognized with a Brandon Hall Group gold award for outstanding performance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
  • Travel to consult with established and potential clients to devise product solutions.
  • Present product proposals and conduct meetings with decision-makers to close deals.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships to facilitate renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Identify target markets, industries, and contacts for a product portfolio, qualifying leads by providing an ROI analysis.
  • Coordinate site surveys to assess serviceability.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Three or more years of B2B sales experience demonstrating solid performance.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in LAN, WAN, high-capacity networks, and fiber-connected networks.
  • Skills: Strong capabilities in relationship-building, negotiation, closing sales, and English communication.
  • Abilities: Ability to adapt quickly, handle changing priorities, and learn rapidly. Must be willing to travel up to 70% of the time with a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS, or CSG.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales of telecommunications products.
