Duties:

Works as an assistant for the Facilities Operations Team Leader who makes specific assignments, explains policies and procedures and reviews work for quantity and quality of completed projects.
Opens and/or closes facilities by locking/unlocking doors and windows and assuring security system is operable.
Issues/receives recreational equipment to authorized users. Collects applicable fees for items issued, accounts for monies collected safeguards funds and makes daily bank deposits.
Cleans recreation equipment, supplies and facility area. Operates equipment and performs selfhelp maintenance on facilities and equipment. Prepares work order for maintenance which cannot be completed by selfhelp.
Maybe required to drive a motor vehicle as needed.

Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all preemployment checks in accordance with AR 2153, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation and medical examination.
Must be willing to accept a varying or rotating shift to include early mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials

This is a paybanded position.
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
_If authorized, only regular (fulltime, parttime, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._ When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of nonovertime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
