Medical Front Desk Representative, West Palm Beach

Manages various clinic tasks such as client check-in, scheduling, and insurance verification. The role involves supporting clinic operations, providing excellent customer service, communicating with clients, and handling administrative duties.
- Welcomes and registers clients, updates information in the electronic record system, and notifies providers of client arrivals.
- Processes incoming calls, completes intake forms, and assists with billing and insurance inquiries.
- Obtains insurance authorizations and benefit information, ensuring accurate communication with providers and clients.
- Collaborates with external sources to gather necessary service details.
- Manages documentation, responds to emails promptly, and maintains a clean clinic environment.
- Conducts appointment confirmations and organizes clinic front desk operations.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies and monitoring the waiting area.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of scheduling systems, electronic records, and health insurance.
- Ability to manage confidential records and communicate professionally.
- Capable of working independently, meeting deadlines, and multitasking effectively.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
