Certified Orthotist

Job Opportunity:
NovaCare Prosthetics and Orthotics is currently looking for a full-time Certified Orthotist to join our team in Oshkosh & Fond du Lac, WI. $20,000 Bonus available. Our experienced team is dedicated to collaborating with each patient to create a personalized care plan in a safe, compassionate, and efficient way. We are seeking a motivated individual to oversee a comprehensive orthotic practice, providing patient assessments, treatment plans, follow-up care, and practice management. This role offers the chance to maintain an established orthotic business in-house and expand relationships with local hospitals. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, motivated, and ready to contribute to our dynamic team environment.

Required Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Compensation is salaried and will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of design, fabrication, fitting, and maintenance of orthotic/prosthetic devices- Assist in evaluating patients' needs for orthotic/prosthetic services- Ensure patient satisfaction with provided devices- Maintain high standards of patient care- Stay updated on new techniques and materials- Document patient goals and solutions- Coordinate reimbursement activities- Manage inventory and materials- Market services to physicians and referral sources- Provide on-call services- Offer treatment options to physicians when required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited Orthotics and Prosthetics school- American Board Certified (ABC) in Orthotics- Minimum of one year experience in providing orthotic services under supervision.
