You Will:
- Supervise personnel, processes, and service levels to ensure compliance and quality in assigned areas.
- Manage technical discipline areas, specimen collection, processing, and testing.
- Perform technical and non-technical duties as necessary.
- Drive departmental goals for service, quality, compliance, financial performance, and more.
Qualifications:
- Current State of Tennessee Medical Laboratory Supervisor General License required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist.
- Prior supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Licensure in 3 technical specialty areas is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
- Experience with Medi-tech is a plus.
