Deployment Technician Position at Eight Eleven Group

Location:
Minot, ND

Salary:
$32 per hour

Employment Type:
  • Short-Term Contract (2 weeks; 80 hours/week)
  • Opportunity for part-time work afterwards

Job Description:

Join our team at Eight Eleven Group as a Deployment Technician in Minot, ND, where you will contribute to the installation and setup of advanced technology solutions.

Responsibilities may include camera installation, cabling, and related tasks, combining onsite work and travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure advanced technology solutions following established guidelines
  • Perform precise electronic and mechanical assembly tasks
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions
  • Create necessary diagrams of assemblies and systems
  • Utilize strong computer skills in a Windows environment for configuration and maintenance
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to ensure project success
  • Adhere to training schedules and dispatches based on availability

Required Competencies:
  • 1-3 years of relevant installation and servicing experience
  • Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical assemblies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to diagram assemblies and systems
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems
  • Willingness to follow training schedules and dispatches

Preferred Competencies:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a related field
  • Experience with technical servicing in relevant technology
  • Familiarity with sensor and camera installations, computer hardware, etc.
  • Knowledge of eLearning platforms and systems
