Our client is currently looking for a dynamic Commercial Property Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
  • Experience in managing office and industrial properties is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Keen on personal development and acquiring new skills
  • Minimum of 3 years in a commercial property management role
  • Proven track record in handling tenant relations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a history of providing outstanding customer service
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and CAM reconciliation processes
  • Prior experience with Yardi is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Supervising multiple office and industrial buildings
  • Implementing a hands-on management approach
  • Building strong relationships with clients and tenants
  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues effectively
  • Collaborating with the team to enhance property performance
  • Working with the executive team to achieve objectives and identify areas for enhancement
  • Negotiating vendor service contracts and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Preparing and presenting accurate financial and operational reports on a monthly basis
  • Conducting CAM reconciliations annually and adjusting forecasts as necessary
