Join our team as a Mail Clerk



  • Responsible for receiving, sorting, delivering, and processing various types of mail and courier items.
  • Tracking courier and accountable items such as FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail.
  • Handling unidentified and generic mail by conducting proper research and routing.
  • Coordinating the staging and transportation of bulk mail items.
  • Managing the receipt, logging, delivery, and tracking of messenger items.
  • Processing customized packaging and addressing other customer special requests.
  • Adhering to client standard operating procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitoring packages to identify hazardous or suspicious materials.
  • Addressing customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Keeping the supervisor informed of any potential issues or customer concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
  • Updating delivery lists and mail cart folders with current information.
  • Performing additional assigned tasks to support the team.
