Job Description

Speech Language Pathologist - Part Time for Maternity Leave

Acton, MA

Fee for Service Rate: $58.00

Extra Steps Pediatric Therapies, a subsidiary of Minute Man Arc for Human Services, a non-profit in Concord, MA, seeks a Part Time Fee for Service Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to cover a maternity leave starting March 25, 2024, for 3 months.

We provide services for eligible children aged 3-22. Located at 222 Main Street, Acton, MA.

Therapists offer center-based diagnostic and treatment services, fostering creativity and playfulness while engaging with children and families in a supportive work environment.

Current Hours: Thursday and Friday afternoons, seeing 2 clients daily.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree from an accredited program with CFY completion
  • Licensed and certified in Massachusetts as a Speech/Language Pathologist
  • Experience with pediatric developmental delays and special needs
  • Utilize play and fun in therapy sessions
  • Enjoy collaborating with families, schools, and staff
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication, including Electronic Medical Records
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Experience in feeding therapy is a plus

Salary: $58.00 Fee for Service
