Responsibilities:

  • Engage children in ageappropriate activities to encourage intellectual and social development
  • Provide attentive care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of each child
  • Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
  • Implement daily routines and schedules to ensure smooth transitions for children
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
  • Utilize positive behavior management techniques to promote a supportive atmosphere
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times

Experience:

  • Previous experience in babysitting, early childhood education, or related field
  • Possess first aid certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Familiarity with toddler care practices and developmental milestones
  • Ability to work with children of various ages and backgrounds
  • Knowledge of educational activities to engage and stimulate children's learning
  • Experience in daycare, classroom settings, or nannying is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with children and parents

Job Types:
