Ensinger, Inc – Grenloch Operations (located in Phila/New Jersey area) is seeking an experienced Design and Application Engineer to help support our sales vision through developing efficient and profitable solutions to meet customer requirements.


This position acts as a project manager in a global cross-functioning team liaising with our sales team, customers, and other internal departments.


Other Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, including product selection, product application, and troubleshooting.
Perform Thermodynamic analysis and feedback of customer systems using NFRC test methods.

Manage all relevant product certification through regulatory bodies acting as primary liaison with the NFRC, test laboratories and other necessary organizations.


Key Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to provide feedback and present recommendations for product and process improvements.
Ability to conduct technical presentations and product training for the sales team and customers.
Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) and thermal simulation software.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate in international cross-functional teams.
Experience in the fenestration industry and fenestration system design is required.
Knowledge of plastic

products and thermal break technologies is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a technical sales support or engineering role.
Knowledge of the commercial glass and glazing industry, manufacturing and applications.
Verifiable Project Management and Sales experience.
Knowledge of

fenestration products, windows and doors.
