Spoon and Stable is hiring a cook to work our Garde Manger station. This position currently receives a base hourly wage plus a portion of a 21% hospitality charge collected on all guest checks.
  • The hourly range provided here ($17-18/hr) is a base rate.
  • Cooks in this position typically earn $1.50-$2/hr on top of the base rate from their share of the hospitality charge distributed to team members. This dollar amount varies based on business and staffing levels.
We are looking for a driven, team-oriented culinary professional to join our kitchen as a Chef de Partie. Must be able to learn from mistakes, cultivate a positive attitude through good and bad days, and hold to a culture of respect for all team members.

Responsiblities:
  • Set up and breakdown of assigned station
  • Completing prep lists
  • Communicating ordering needs
  • Maintaining a well organized and clean work environment
  • Properly following health and sanitation requirements based on the guidance of the Chef Team and the Department of Health
  • Other duties as necessitated by business demands
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand on your feet for up to 10-12 hours.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
