Job Description: Breakfast Cook / Dishwasher

The Latch Inn in Sidney is looking for an amazing part time breakfast cook / dishwasher to join the team. The right candidate is highly organized, and detail oriented. This is a dual role. Training provided for the right candidate.

Shifts: 7:00am to 11:00am 5 days a week.

Tasks: Prep & Cook breakfast for up to 12 guests over a 2-hour period.

Cleaning pots, pans, dishes, floor after breakfast service.

**Requirements:**

Successfully execute the cooking of the Inns made to order breakfast menu.

Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Adhere to all sanitation and food production guidelines.

Positive interpersonal skills.

Valid Food Safe One Certificate required.

Must be Fully Vaccinated.

Flexible availability and able to work weekdays, weekends, and statutory holidays.

Ability to work a full shift standing.

Must be able to lift 25lbs.

Have excellent knife-skills and attention to detail.

Full training provided.
