The George Washington University Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Level III Nurse Educator to join our Professional Development & Education team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in neonatal intensive care, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for fostering professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and initiatives for NICU Level III nursing staff.
Conduct orientation programs for new hires and ongoing training sessions for current staff.
