This role is essential for ensuring the continuous development and competency of our NICU nursing staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in neonatal intensive care, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for fostering professional growth.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and initiatives for NICU Level III nursing staff.
