We seek a licensed clinician for a full-time position in our Knoxville, Tennessee, location.

Compensation:
  • The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Licensure as LPC/MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, and families
  • Solid computer and basic technology skills
  • Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
  • Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
  • Clinicians with EMDR experience will be favorably considered
  • Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Experience with children or adolescents
  • Experience with couples counseling
  • Experience with health psychology

We have serviced thousands of clients, providing outpatient therapy across lifespans in addition to medication management and psychological evaluations.
