The Role:

Our facility in Chaska, MN, is in search of a Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role involves diverse responsibilities related to material flow, product oversight, process implementation, system enhancement, and supply chain support. The Logistics Specialist serves as a connection between sales and operations teams, contributing to concept development, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

• Supervise daily operations at our distribution center and other centers in North America under Entegris.
• Maintain warehouse mapping to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and support reporting activities for inventory accuracy.
• Analyze KPI metrics and provide recommendations to uphold distribution goals.
• Utilize SAP for warehouse management and reporting.
• Implement SOPs into the database and ensure compliance.
• Investigate delays and work with cross-functional teams for timely resolutions.
• Ensure the distribution center meets company standards.
• Provide training for third-party providers on work instructions.
• Manage material flow and reporting activities.
• Handle quality notifications regarding shipments.
• Evaluate and ensure customer service commitments are met.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in finished goods distribution and terminology.
• Strong communication skills and PC proficiency.
• Experience with SAP and supply chain operations.
