The Therapist will work with the treatment team to provide patient care, manage caseloads, conduct therapy sessions, and collaborate on treatment plans.
Essential Functions:
- Manage client caseload.
- Lead group therapy sessions.
- Conduct individual and family therapy.
- Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Complete discharge paperwork and assessments.
- Collaborate with the treatment team and attend clinical meetings.
- Adhere to all State and Federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work or related field.
- CADC certification.
Preferences:
- Prior experience in behavioral or mental health field.
- LMHC or LCSW certification in FL.
