ServiceNow Trainer

We are currently seeking a trainer for a large digital transformation initiative that is set to begin promptly. The ServiceNow trainer will collaborate closely with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to provide comprehensive training at a program level. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Devising an overarching training strategy
- Producing instructional materials like job aids and user guides
- Conducting and documenting training sessions for diverse ServiceNow features
- Leading interactive training workshops and sessions
- Evaluating the effectiveness and requirements of the training program continuously
- Establishing comprehensive training plans for the program from conception to execution
- 1+ years of experience in training support with ServiceNow or similar low-code platforms
- Ability to secure Public Trust clearance
- Must be located in and work exclusively within the United States for federal contract compliance
- 2+ years of experience in training support with ServiceNow or similar low-code platforms
- 1+ years of experience in developing training strategies
- 2+ years of experience in designing and leading training workshops
- 2+ years of experience in creating training materials in various formats

Pay Scale - Various factors are taken into account for determining the final compensation for a role. These factors include relevant work experience, skills, certifications, role-specific competencies, location, education, and contract terms related to labor categories. The pay range for this position is between $69,000 and $118,765.00.
