We are excited to welcome two, part-time Budtender/Receptionists to our dedicated team.

As a Budtender/Receptionist, your primary role will be to assist patients in choosing and purchasing cannabis products that meet their needs.

You will need to provide valuable information about various strains and their effects, ensuring a safe and positive experience for all patients.

While previous industry experience is not required, a passion for cannabis, a commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and outstanding customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting patients
• Help customers select the right cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
• Stay informed about new strains, products, consumption methods, and industry trends to educate patients effectively
• Stay updated on current cannabis laws and regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and wellstocked
• Multitask in a fastpaced environment with attention to detail
• Maintain online menus and process online orders
• Answering phone calls and patient inquiries
• Accurately manage inventory levels
• Process deliveries, including labeling and stickering

Requirements:

• Previous retail and cash handling experience
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, effects, and consumption methods
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members
• Reliability and punctuality
• Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• U.S. resident with a valid state driver's license
• Ability to pass a Maine staterequired background check
