Atrium Health Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute is thrilled to offer a new hospital-employed position for a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Vascular Surgery Team.
As a part of this role, you will mainly support our vascular surgeons in various settings, including the operating room, hospital, and clinics, managing a wide range of vascular medical conditions.
- Conducts initial and periodic medical history and physical examinations
- Orders and interprets laboratory and radiology examinations
- Documents all patient encounters in a comprehensive manner
- Participates in group meetings and policy development
- Weekend and shared surgical call responsibilities
- Minimum of 1 year preferred experience in Vascular Surgery as a PA or NP
