Join our team as a Personal Care Assistant

We are looking for a PT team member to work 3 days a week, which may include weekends and holidays. The starting pay is $17 per hour or higher, depending on your experience.

As part of our team at Marian Village in Homer Glen, Illinois, you will help provide exceptional, person-centered care to our residents to help them live their lives to the fullest.

• Provide personal care assistance and services as needed
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' well-being to the licensed nurse
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues
• Attend mandatory in-service education hours annually
• Promote and uphold the dignity and welfare of residents and their families

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) qualification
• Preferably minimum of one year of caregiving experience if not a CNA
• Passion for working with older adults
