Fourth Generation Family Owned Business-TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants is looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to our already talented TEAM.


Based out of Livonia, Michigan, with an expansive portfolio of casual dining, family dining, fast casual, and quick service restaurants throughout Michigan, TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants (TSFR) include Applebee's, Olga's Kitchen, Olga's Fresh Grille, MOD Pizza and Wendy's.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily tactical marketing duties to ensure the restaurants' success across numerous communities and markets throughout the organization.

The Marketing Coordinator works both at the corporate level and in the field to gather information, engage and execute store-level promotions, and coordinate brand-wide initiatives across the portfolio.

This dynamic position includes managing marketing agendas, copy-writing, website management, e-marketing, creating stylized interactive content via social posts, and engaging with guests through both guest sentiment platforms and other digital mediums.


Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:
Planning, developing and executing compelling campaigns both brand-wide and at the store level.

Planning, developing and execution of e-marketing and social media campaigns.

Meeting with store-level teams to create community outreach programs and promotions.

Manage digital marketing, website optimization, and compliance to organizational standards and metrics.

Identify segments through research and analysis to optimize metrics and conversions.

Lead website and social media presence including content creation, monitoring and photo/video design.

Work side-by-side with business development in scheduling, database maintenance and correspondence.

Agenda management and collaboration with internal marketing and agencies.

The ability to write effective and compelling marketing copy.

The ability to capture aesthetic photographs and video for brand's social media platforms.

Engaging and responding to guests' comments and reviews.

Website updates/coordination/in-tandem with management.

Working with vendors to execute needed LSM collateral.


Assist marketing department by performing departmental support services including print fulfillment, back-up to other positions, gift card fulfillment, and special events/projects.

Working with creative and digitals team to execute campaigns.

Qualifications:
Excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail

General knowledge of basic office and marketing programs (Examples: Microsoft Word, Canva, Paytronix)

Strong communication and writing skills

Previous experience/working knowledge of social media platforms and supporting SMMS (Examples: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Sprout Social)

Introductory photography and photo editing experience

1-2 years prior marketing experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field

Previous experiences/working knowledge of email marketing and/or website management are a plus

Previous experiences/working knowledge of restaurants, 3rd party delivery, ghost kitchens and/or DSPs are a plus
