Job Description and Duties

Under the supervision of the Industrial Warehouse & Distribution Manager II at the On Time Delivery-Central, this role involves performing journeyperson work in the receipt, storage, inventory, and issue of materials, maintaining order, supervising the conduct of incarcerated individuals, ensuring safety of persons and property, and potentially leading incarcerated individuals.

The Warehouse Worker CF exam is currently unavailable, so the Warehouse Worker examination is being used instead. To establish list eligibility, please complete the Warehouse Worker exam.

Some classifications offer an alternate exam option for persons with certified disabilities known as the Limited Exam and Appointment Program (LEAP). To take the Warehouse Worker (LEAP) exam, visit the specified link.

Working Conditions

Individuals in this role must maintain sufficient strength, agility, and endurance to handle stressful situations without compromising well-being, supervise incarcerated individuals, and possibly wear personal alarms and carry whistles on the worksite.
