We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to enhance our product for eCommerce endeavors.

This role involves collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Support, and clients to uphold our position as a leader in offering top-notch applications to our users. We are in search of a quick learner to join our team and partner closely with our engineering department to drive crucial innovations, with a focus on addressing customer needs.

We are looking for individuals with a bias for action, ready to dive into tasks efficiently.

As the Technical Product Manager, you will oversee the product lifecycle from strategic planning to executing product management activities, bringing ideas from concept to reality. You will collaborate with product management and engineering to strategize and implement our eCommerce product roadmap within an agile environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in implementing multiple B2B eCommerce platforms like Magento, BigCommerce, Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or sales engineering
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with customers, prospects, and stakeholders to validate requirements
  • Hands-on experience in creating product requirement documents and driving delivery within Agile/Scrum methodology
  • BS/BA degree required, preferably in a technical field

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale or large mid-market clients
  • Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM/eCommerce/CPQ ecosystem
  • Experience working with headless/composable applications
  • Experience collaborating with designers to outline UI mockups for requirements
  • Adeptness with native cloud product ecosystems and tools for insights extraction
  • Proficiency in market research tools and developing growth strategies

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate market dynamics through various sources to shape product strategy
  • Create requirement specifications and mockups for engineering to address customer use cases
  • Clarify specifications with engineering and provide realistic estimates for successful feature delivery
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders professionally
  • Act as an SME for partners to ensure product features are utilized correctly
  • Review delivered functionality against requirements and propose enhancements as needed
  • Deliver presentations and demos to customers showcasing new functionality
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan product launches
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business software processes and interactions
  • Strive for exceptional outcomes while ensuring on-time delivery of releases
