Ballad Health Medical Associates is seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist for Woodridge Hospital in Johnson City, TN. Ballad Health Medical Associates is a physician led, professionally managed group with more than 700 physicians and advanced practitioners.

Will provide coverage for the Geriatric Psych units at Woodridge and Sycamore Shoals 7 on/7off rotation may also be needed to provide adult psych coverage in other units Call will be required - 1:6 night call coverage for Woodridge and New Leaf at Sycamore Shoals Will provide inpatient consult coverage at Sycamore Shoals.

Location: Woodridge Hospital
Coverage: Psychiatrist would primarily cover Woodridge Hospital and help with consults at other facilities.

Team: PMHNP s on staff to assist on the unit and to see adult consults.Social Workers/ Therapist onsiteTreatment Team done dailyRN/LPN/ Tech staffNurse Manager on both unitsHours/Day: 8-Hour day, can begin at 8am or 9am. 8-5 or 9-6.2nd certs (CON s) during call: 2nd certs are required for any TN admissions which are involuntary, these are done via laptop or tablet and secure portal. Unit demographics: Gero-psych patientsMain diagnosis: bipolar, schizo affective disorder, secondary detox, depression, insomnia, suicidal ideations.Availability: Immediately.EMR: EPIC
