- Support Staff: 1 MA, LVN, & RN - Fac 1: 9 APPs - Fac 2: 2 APPs
- Duties: Providing care for acute visits as well as chronic care management
- Procedures: Routine clinical procedures
- Other info: - Willing to cover 2 facilities
- EMR: Cerner
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
- Requirements: Active CA License, BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Clean Background (highly preferred)
