  • Champion NPI success : Be the hero of new product launches. Lead the development and implementation of efficient, high-quality assembly processes for brand new inventions.
  • Own the Assembly Line: Become a master of optimization. Streamline existing assembly operations to maximize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and unwavering quality control.
  • Conquer Challenges: Think of yourself as a manufacturing ninja. Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, implementing creative solutions to keep production running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Collaboration is Key: You won't go it alone. Partner with design, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Continuous Improvement Champion: Never settle for good enough. Refine processes constantly, embrace Lean Manufacturing principles, and drive overall production excellence.

Who are they looking for?
  • A degreed Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer (or similar) with 5+ years of assembly manufacturing experience.
  • P roven track record of leading successful NPI projects - you're the NPI guru
  • An in-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles - speak fluent Lean
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills of a superhero.
  • Communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills that would make a diplomat jealous.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • The ability to thrive in both independent and team settings.
  • Previous experience with 2D and 3D CAD software and ERP software.
  • Desired traits: honesty, asking for help when needed, willing to help others, detail-oriented, being hands-on for problem-solving, think "outside-of-the-box", being willing to put in the time when needed, a sense of humor, being able to use hand tools/mechanically inclined.
