KPMG is currently looking for an Associate Director, Tax Proposal Ops to join our Global Mobility Services practice within our Tax organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the tax proposal ops team leader and service line/practice leadership to develop and update proposal templates regularly; drive Go-To-Market initiatives for major client pursuits
  • Provide guidance on practice-specific resources for the pursuit process; offer direction on proposal strategy, writing, design, and coaching support
  • Engage in strategic proposals for global mobility and oversee the pursuit process execution
  • Lead discussions on the value proposition to be highlighted in proposals and oral presentations
  • Contribute to crafting compelling executive summaries and other sections to showcase KPMG's strengths
  • Participate in proposal team and pursuit debrief calls; assist with orals collateral


Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in proposal management, knowledge management, or marketing/communications; some supervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, English, or related field
  • Experience leading Go-To-Market initiatives for large client pursuits
  • Global mobility experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Travel may be required for internal meetings and trainings
