If you are excited about a General Management career with us and are in the White Plains, NY area, we are seeking a professional just like youTitle of Position: Restaurant General ManagerJob Description: The Restaurant General Manager helps direct the daily operations of our establishments. Our Restaurant General Manager will oversee profit and loss by following cash control, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking corrective action when needed. Our Restaurant General Managers play a major role with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring outstanding team members, along with their retention. As a Restaurant General Manager, you would be responsible for conducting performance appraisals while motivating your team members to be the best they can be.Benefits

Qualifications
  1. Must have 3-5 years of General Management experience in a Quick Service environment, high volume a plus
  2. A solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking is necessary for the Restaurant General Manager
  3. The Restaurant General Manager must be results driven with high expectations and standards.
  4. Expertise at developing relationships while leading others is required for the Restaurant General Manager
  5. A positive attitude that is infectious and inspiring is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
