As a valuable member of the interdisciplinary team, you will bring your professional nursing knowledge and skills to provide top-notch care to patients by applying the nursing process as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required with completion within a set timeframe from start date.

Skills and Knowledge

Proficiency in English language. Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, email, and web browsing. Demonstrates critical thinking and multicultural sensitivity.

Essential Functions CLINICAL EXCELLENCE FOCUS:
  • Assesses and addresses patient's status and needs through interviews, observations, and physical assessments.
  • Develops customized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Utilizes interventions to achieve expected outcomes and adjusts the plan as necessary.
  • Evaluates and documents patient's progress continuously and makes changes to the care plan accordingly.
  • Ensures professional accountability and seeks continuous self-development.
  • Promotes evidence-based nursing practice and ongoing learning within the team.
  • Contributes to a safe environment for patients and staff.
CULTURE FOCUS:
  • Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams and additional resources when needed.
  • Prioritizes work efficiently based on patient condition and unexpected events.
  • Delegates tasks appropriately and collaborates with the team effectively.
  • Advocates for patients and ensures optimal outcomes through teamwork and effective communication.
  • Facilitates patient education tailored to individual needs and ensures safety at all times.
