Responsibilities:
Follow the instructions of the production tasks and complete the production targets of this position as required.
Strictly adhere to the product quality standards, identify, segregate, and rework any non-
conforming products to ensure the production of qualified products.
Perform standardized operations according to the process standards and reduce losses from defects.
Conduct self-inspections during the production process and provide timely feedback to the quality department and superiors.
Implement solutions and corrective/preventive measures for abnormalities.
Maintain a standard dress code and ensure the 6S practices at the workstation.
Comply with company regulations, procedures, and cultural activities, and follow
management directives.
Completion of other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
