Who we are looking for:
  • Clearly Filtered is in search of a skilled and strategic Social Media Lead to join the expanding e-commerce team. This role plays a crucial part in boosting brand visibility, engaging customers, and ultimately, growing subscribers through innovative and data-driven social media strategies. The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of both social media marketing and the e-commerce industry, along with a love for storytelling and achieving results. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and E-commerce.
What you will do:
  • Strategy Development: Devising and implementing comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the unique requirements of a subscription-based e-commerce business. Align social media efforts with overarching marketing and business goals.
  • Content Creation: Generating, crafting, and curating captivating content for various social media platforms, including product spotlights, lifestyle visuals, user-generated content, and promotional drives. Ensuring the content connects with target audiences and fosters engagement.
  • Platform Management: Overseeing and enhancing all pertinent social media platforms for the brand, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Maintaining a consistent brand voice and style across channels.
  • Community Building: Cultivating a lively and engaged community of followers and subscribers through proactive interaction, addressing comments and messages, and nurturing relationships with influencers and brand supporters.
  • Campaign Execution: Strategizing, implementing, and evaluating the performance of social media campaigns aimed at gaining new customers, retaining existing subscribers, and boosting customer lifetime value. Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure campaign alignment with promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Tracking social media performance metrics utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and platform insights. Analyzing data to monitor key performance indicators, spot trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Customer Insights: Leveraging social listening tools and feedback avenues to gain insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and sentiments. Utilizing these insights to shape content creation, product enhancements, and overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay Current: Staying up-to-date on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and e-commerce best practices. Experimenting with new features, formats, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.
What you will need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of overseeing and expanding social media channels, delivering tangible results in customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Thorough understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.
  • Strong creative and storytelling abilities, capable of crafting compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and subscription models is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in acquiring, allocating, and overseeing both internal and external resources to achieve agreed-upon objectives.

Salary Range:
