We are currently seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join our team in Miami.
Prepare and file a wide range of immigration applications and petitions
Perform legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration laws and procedures.
Draft legal documents such as affidavits, letters of support, and legal briefs.

Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents, and keep them informed about the progress of their cases.

Maintain accurate and organized client files, and track deadlines using case management software.
Provide general administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence.
A bachelor's degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with business immigration law.
Demonstrated proficiency in drafting a variety of legal documents.
S. immigration law and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and One Drive.
Fluency in a second language is a plus, but not required.
