Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center. As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the cleaning of guestrooms and ensuring they are maintained to high standards of cleanliness for guest accommodations.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • College coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Flexible schedule with long hours at times
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
  • Capable of standing for entire shifts
General Requirements:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Attend all required meetings and trainings
  • Maintain high personal grooming standards

Duties & Functions:

  • Handle lost and found items as per standards
  • Oversee training of Room Attendants
  • Assist in maintaining overall guest satisfaction
