Job Overview

Position Summary: Handle administrative tasks and support food service initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth transition of Purchasing and Supply Chain responsibilities both internally and externally.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all Mercedes-Benz Stadium guests, staff, and vendors.
  • Support daily Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehouse activities under the guidance of management.
  • Proficient in computer skills, organized, adept in interpersonal communication, team player, quick in task prioritization, and flexibility to work extended hours (including weekends and evenings).
  • Must be capable of lifting 40 pounds routinely, up to 90 pounds occasionally, and walking up to 20,000 steps per day.
  • Prior experience with BirchStreet, Xenial, and Supply Chain systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
