Project Description:


Undergoing a transformation where application teams are migrating their supported applications to a cloud native environment, which involves changing the way that these teams use continuous integration and deployment.

The candidate will assist the Tools Platform team with applying CI/CD tooling available on the Tools Platform to application development teams.


Position Summary/Job Description:


The candidate will build application integration and deployment pipelines following a defined cloud-native paradigm and using available Tools Platform components.

Tools Platform components may need to be modified or improved to meet application team's needs.

Application teams may also wish to use other tools that are not yet supported by Tools Platform; these tools must be made available through Tools Platform using the cloud-native paradigm.


Skills Overview:
Experience with writing CI/CD pipeline scripts for GitHub
Experience with writing GitHub actions in Node
Experience with application containerization using Dockerfiles
Experience with OIDC token based authentication
Experience with managing state using Terraform

What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
Experience writing applications in Go
