JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides critical support in terms of Assurance of Supply, Supplier performance work that is supported by the Work group for the enterprise needs

Travel to suppliers and company plants in USA, Mexico and sometime international locations.

Weekly travel to company plants in Decatur

Work on supporting Critical Suppliers, NPI build parts development, fit up, process improvement work.

Collaborate with teams and facility as needed to ensure parts arrive with good quality and on time.

Attend meetings as needed.

Create / update project plans, reports as needed.

Execute travel as needed as well

REQUIRED QUALIFICATONS:

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial

Full time work experience of minimum of 10+ years in USA in Supplier collaboration, Sourcing for Mining products.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus

Product knowledge of Mining Trucks

Negotiating skills with Analytical Thinking.

Good knowledge of Light Fabs category parts and sourcing

Experience in should cost modeling, supply chain planning, supplier audits for Assembly, Test and Paint. * Planning of process automation for suppliers

Good knowledge of excel, advanced excel, PPT, Word

Previous experience with process improvement, layouts, flow, PPAP, and Advanced Manufacturing process

Good understanding of procurement process

Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, especially those with supplier impact

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

*APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification highly desired.

Six Sigma Green Belt (or) Black Belt desired
