Treasury intern will aid in several internal and board facing projects involving cash and debt management.

Projects include:

• Debt management - Maintain an interest expense forecast that Treasury updates monthly with the new borrowing rates. Ensures the operating accounts from which the debt payments are made are funded at least 2 weeks in advance of the debt payments.
• Payroll funding - meet with payroll weekly and ensure the payroll forecast is updated with grossed up estimates and or payroll actuals for the upcoming payroll cycles.
• AP funding - run business unit AP aging reports and incorporate, tax, payroll and other misc. spend items into cash flow forecast.
