Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform injectable treatments such as neurotoxins, fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, platelet rich fibrin (PRF) and other nonsurgical cosmetic procedures.
  • Operate and maintain aesthetic devices for treatments like microneeding, Sylfirm X (radiofrequency microneedling), Intense Pulse Light (IPL)
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring each client feels valued and receives personalized treatment plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
  • Actively promote services and build a personal brand on social media platforms.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the job.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in the aesthetic field

  • Proven ability to build and maintain a client base.
  • Strong presence on social media with the ability to market treatments and engage with followers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for aesthetics and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Certification and licensing as required by state regulations.
  • Willingness to invest in selfgrowth and ongoing education.
