Join our team as a Printing Press Operator

We are currently seeking a Press Operator to join our production facility in Waterloo, IA.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines efficiently with minimal waste and adhere to safety protocols
  • Set up and adjust press based on job specifications, including thermograph adjustments for raised print
  • Read job packets to determine production quantity and verify stock type, ink color, and printing specifications

Requirements for the Role:

  • Detail-oriented with basic computer proficiency
  • Prior experience in a print production facility or shop
  • Strong focus on quality with excellent organizational and productivity skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain good attendance record

General working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm.


Starting hourly base pay ranges from $16.50 to $19.00, depending on experience, with opportunities for two pay increases within the first year.
