Responsibilities:
- Uphold store appearance and organization
- Ensure merchandise is returned to the sales floor promptly
- Maintain well-stocked shelves and overall store cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with their purchases
- Organize products for displays
- Have in-depth knowledge of store products
- Complete daily department recovery tasks
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas including restrooms
- Follow safety protocols and handle materials properly
- Use retail equipment and office devices
- Participate in training programs and learning initiatives
- Support internal and external stakeholders effectively
